J.P. Morgan customers put their trust into their bank. But feedback showed that something was lacking: communication. They felt adrift, and worse, ignored. So using CRM as a 1:1 platform, we built “Your Year in Investing” a monthly and annual comms series that put the investor front and center.
It starts with each customer’s personalized Annual Review
Distributed in early December, the Annual Review offers a neat look back at their portfolio’s performance, plus a recap of their activity and milestones achieved.
But the experience doesn’t stop there
To truly help customers feel valued and in-the-know, we followed up with a monthly series that offers market insights, a performance snapshot and relevant thought leadership.
This spanned 8 different account types and varied based on their portfolio’s monthly performance, for a truly personal (and actually useful) experience.
