Galaxy users pride themselves on being different than most. So for the launch of the most innovative phones out there, we compelled new customers to ditch the brick and “Join the flip side” with a 360 campaign that bent all the rules.

One philosophy.
We started by teasing the release of the new Galaxy Z Fold5 and Flip5, and introducing it to both Samsung lovers and skeptics alike.
With a design system as flexible as the phone itself.
This gave the device a premium feel and highlighted its unique selling points - portability, adaptability and expressiveness.
And with the help of our own custom LLM, we churned out hundreds of variations of assets, from emails to ads to online video, demonstrating the flexibility and compatibility of these new devices.
New buyers were treated to a special onboarding series with guides, quizzes, and interactive experiences that drove feature adoption and ultimately, customer satisfaction.
And it didn’t stop there. The campaign lived everywhere from two-sided billboards to pop-up shops – spanning the globe and enticing people everywhere to Join the Flip Side.
